The storefront script is about 5 KB and makes no network requests at all. The table is already in the page HTML that your theme renders; the script only opens the popup, handles keyboard focus and converts units. Nothing is fetched from us or from anyone else while a shopper browses.
No. It is a theme app block: you add it from the theme editor and drag it where you want it. Nothing is written into your theme files, and removing the app removes the block with it – no leftover snippets to clean up.
None. The app requests no access scopes, which you can confirm on the install screen: the permission list is empty. It cannot read your products, orders or customers. Sold-out sizes are read from the variant data your own theme already has on the page.
Yes, on a paid plan. You give tables 2 to 5 a product tag such as “tops” or “shoes”; products carrying that tag show the matching chart automatically. On the free plan one table is shown on every product.
No. One table on every product, forever, at no cost. Paid plans add tag-matched tables, inline display, colour settings and the cm/inch switch.
It takes its colours and fonts from your theme, and if the result would be too low-contrast to read, it corrects it. It has been checked against Shopify’s current default theme and against Dawn. If it looks wrong in yours, email us – that is a bug we want to fix.
The chart is real table markup, so a screen reader announces each measurement together with its size. The popup can be opened and closed from the keyboard, keeps focus inside while it is open, closes with Escape, and scrolls sideways on narrow screens instead of breaking the layout.
The block stops rendering immediately and no code is left behind in your theme. Shopify also sends us a removal request, and the shop record is deleted – see the privacy policy.
